The admin role for your institution — not an instructor license but control: monitor usage, allocate licenses, pull reports. One license is included in every setup.

Determines how long usage and audit data are retained. 12 months are free by default — longer retention for institutions with elevated compliance or audit requirements.
60 months meet the revFADP retention periods for regulated education providers.
The more instructor licenses, the lower the price — the discount is calculated pro rata per tier.
Pro rata means: each tier applies only to the licenses within its band — not retroactively to all. Example: with 120 licenses, the first 30 are at list price, 31–100 get 5 % and 101–120 get 10 % off.
Distribute licenses across your instructors. Volume and annual discounts are calculated automatically.
With annual payment, the discount takes effect immediately upon ordering. Discounts arising during the year take effect with the next possible invoice — until then they remain in the discount account.
